Becoming a Customer
If you are interested in becoming a customer, download and complete the appropriate form below; ensure that you have read the respective Product Disclosure Statement (see below) and make contact with one of our Delphi Bank branches by calling 1300 660 550. Please bring the completed form/s and appropriate identification to the respective Delphi Bankbranch to allow us to open the required account.
Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions (T&C’s) for the savings and investment accounts issued by the Bank consist of two separate documents.
You should read Part A and Part B before deciding to open one of our savings and investment accounts or using the access facilities on these accounts (e.g. Cheque or ATM/EFTPOS card).
